How can I find out more about the origin of the fruit I buy?

Every product on our site comes with detailed information about where it came from and the farmer who grew it. We also provide regular stories and updates about our farms and the farming practices employed, so you know exactly where your food comes from.

How are fruits grown and what practices are used?

Under conventional agriculture, complying with the high requirements imposed by the European community to guarantee the food safety of our products. We do not use waxes or post-harvest fungicides. Little by little we will add organic farming and other cultivation methods.

How long will it take for my fruits to arrive after I place the order?

Delivery times generally depend on the date of your order:

- Orders placed on Monday or Tuesday: You will receive your order on Thursday or Friday.

- Orders placed on Wednesday: You will receive your order on Friday.

- Orders placed on Thursday before 6:00 am: You will receive your order on Tuesday or Wednesday.

- Orders placed on Thursday after 6:00 am or on Friday: You will receive your order on Tuesday or Wednesday.

- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday: You will receive your order on Wednesday or Thursday.

What happens if I receive damaged or spoiled fruit?

If you ever receive fruit that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately and follow these steps:

1. Take a photo of the condition in which you received the products.

2. Send the photo to hola@europagricultproduct.com along with your order number and an explanation of what happened.

It is important that you do not return the package to the carrier, as this will prevent us from proceeding with the claim. Without a photo of the condition of the product, we will not be able to process your request.
